Your Appointment
General
- If you have a gift voucher please bring it with you to the appointment.
- If you would like to order a gift voucher please contact me direct. Vouchers can be collected in person or are posted out either to you or direct to the recipient. Payment must be made in full prior to posting.
- In order to confirm your online booking payment card details will be required to secure your appointment
- If you are unable to attend the appointment please give as much notice as possible.
- Appointments can be rescheduled upto 24hrs before
- If you need to cancel with in 24hrs or you miss your appointment you will still be charged (50% cancellation fee will apply.)
